History:
Victor was born in Dallas Texas. Both of his parents being from California he didn't develop much of an accent. He was raised in a middle class suburb in a two story home. He was a rather above average student. His brother, who was 2 years older then him, was a very advanced student though this didn't bother Victor much. Victor was friends with some of the more socially undesirable people. His grades never suffered from being around such people, and Victor never got in trouble but those he was around all the time were often in trouble with authorities and were active drug users. Victor was a very influential person to them. Though he didn't use these things himself, he was a really good guide, and was able to find ways for them to have fun, and get away with it everytime.
After High School, Victor moved out, and was enrolled in Dallas Community College. This was really just a cover though. Victor was running a gang of about 25 people. They would go out in the middle of the night and commit random acts of violence, such as breaking into peoples homes, getting into constructions sites and stealing equipment while damages the foundations, and other expensive vandalism practices. Some time around this Victor got involved in drug trafficking. Crystal-Meth was the real prize that they were producing. This whole time however, Victor was still very level headed, and never used drugs at all.
When the infection first began in Crescent City, order began to decline all across the United States. Victor and his 25 raided a hunting supply store and stole a large amount of weapons. Not long after this the United Militia was formed and was calling for able bodied men and woman to defend the South West from the Infection and Government control. Victor had a great sense of pride in his homeland and he convinced his following to join as well. Here they were put into the "Dallas Dozers" Raider Division. This was a group of about 400 men and woman from the Dallas area who were in the Militia. They had a convoy of about 50 assorted vehicles and maintained a good grid. Victor was gradually promoted till he eventually was leader of the Dozers
For months they were moved all around the South West. They wouldn't lose many each small skirmish, but the defense was necessary. In early August, the news that the safe zones in Los Angeles had been breached reached the United Militia. The U.M leaders decided to make a large offensive against the infection, and try to take back the city. A massive Convoy with 7000 men and woman of the U.M, drove down the 200 mile stretch to Los Angeles. The offensive started off fairly well. The Battle would last for a month, but gradually the U.M's lines would fall. The U.M was losing men at an alarming rate and officers were falling quickly as well. Victor was promoted to Lieutenant about 2 weeks in. On the third week they were put on the defensive again, and Commander Thor ordered Victor withdraw to create a back facility in case the lines should break.
The Dallas Dozers withdrew to New Mexico, and there they formed their new home "Adonance". Victor is still in command, and he along with the rest of the U.M are spread out all over the desert and are just trying to survive and defend their home.

Morse isn't a very large person. He has long blond hair that extends to just between his shoulders. He sometimes wears it in a pony tail. He has about an average build, but isn't very strong, as he is not very muscular. His skin is a light tan. He has green eyes, which reflects his favorite color. He has very short nails. Though he is smaller then some strong people, he hides speed. He is very fast, but he doesn't show it very often. The only clothing he wears is a large jacket coat. It extends past his waist, but only slightly. Around his waist is a large belt with assorted things on it like a ammunition and such. He wears a set of torn blue jean pants that extend out from beneath his jacket, and when his jacket is open, a black shirt is visible with a marijuana leaf on it. His choice of clothing is very reflective of his rebelious personality.
