Chelsea is the soul survivor of her late family, once she heard the news of her families death she took some time off from STARS before coming back with a new purpose, she was going to kill the people that tortured and killed her famiily, she found out later that someone else had done that already. With Raccoon City now mere rubble and Umbrella has fallen, Chelsea continues to wear her uniform even though there is no real need, she feel attached to it since her sister Lisa wanted to follow in her footsteps one day.
