Viral Synopsys: P3/V4 is a mutagenic Virus with nothing known about it before being found somewhere in Asia and studies began. P3/V4 is a passive, almost harmless Virus alone, even once it enters the body, it does little, changs little, but after several failed tests and various tamperings P3/V4 became a highly active, if still passive Virus. Injection Via a needle to the heart is the only way to allow the Virus to manifest properly, even then, success depends on the subject and Viral amount.
Once injected it takes mere seconds for the Virus to spread, unoticed, through out the body. Various outcomes have occured. Several subjects had taken on the Virus' Passiveness, most even to the extreme of doing nothing at all. A doven subjects had gone berserk with stronger, more active base emotions such as rage or grief, and on several occurances sexual behavior.
A total third of all test subjects had experienced a sharp decline in intelligence to the point of them allowing themsleves to be wasted. A very small 13% of all test subjects experienced a steep incline in intelligence. The remainder test subjects either experienced various intelectual and/or emotional changes or otherwise developed various abilities to compensate for various disadvantages.
The most common physical mutation of the test subjects would be slightly longer finders, several or more appendages (Tentacles for lack of a better word), webbed wings, Slight dorsal fins at the for-arms, webbed toes, and a shaded skin tone (Various colors), and a development within all test subjects to create an entirely A-Sexual Species.
