Age: 37
Appearance: Standing at 6'11" Bill wears high quality steal toed boots that even the military would salivate to have. Two layers of wool socks keep his feet warm, keeping the boots snug on his feet. Urban Camoflauge pants are Bill's currently prefered leg wear. These pants hold a number of visible and hidden pockets. Built into the pants is a special padding that insulates his body, keeping him warm when cold, and cool when hot. A thin layer of kevlar built into the padding aids with protection.
Bill wears a white under shirt over his well toned body, under an over shirt that is lined with kevlar and special padding to aid in protection. His zip up coat is also lined with kevlar and padding, adding slightly more protection. Special gloved with the same special padding and kevlar are worn over his hands.
Bill has a near oval like head that is covered with shaggy brown hair. His deep set piercing blue eyes that are nearly always squinting. His slightly larger than average nose is set just below and between his eyes.
The lips of his mouth, though thin, are medium in size. 7'o clock shadow covers much of his lower face.
Equipment:
Weapons: Bill's primary weapons is the .50 Caliber bereta snipers rifle. This rifle is semi-automatic and has an in-built suppressor. The rifle has been customized to allow an additional suppresor, quieting the rifle even more.
His secondary weapon is the ever so popular P90 which is chambered for 5.7x28mm rounds, select-fire (semi or full), 50-round box magazine, weighs six and a half pounds fully loaded. Fires 15 rounds a second, and it's intended for use within 200 meters.
The Side arm Bill uses is the Colt King Cobra Magnum which is a 357 Magnum revolver, among the most reliable of its kind.
Injuries: Several healed scars
Strength: Bill is a tactical thinker and uses good reason. He trains 5 hours at least for six of the seven days of the week, making him conditioned for ops in full gear. While training Bill works tirelessly to improve his aim and marksman ship.
On top of that Bill trains in the most rigorous regions that he can. In addition to his physical training, Bill mentally trains himself for the worst he can. Having read over a hundred references for survival, exersices and various others facts, Bill knows the way to survive in nearly every situation.
Having trained, studied and worked, Bill has developed the mental capacity to blcok out emotions, to literally detach himself from his emotions, Giving him a higher percetion of most fields of combat.
Weakness: Bill has had some training with computers and other electronic devices but not nearly as extencive as other fields.
While wearing full gear, bill can have trouble with simple actions such as swimming, climbing or simply hiding.
With out his gear, Bill is rather vulnerable but still able to hold his own for a short period of time.
Personality: When not in a combat situation, Bill is quite a laid back man that enjoys laughter as much as any one. When on the job however, Bill is all too serious. Once in combat, Bill detaches himself for the remainder of the operation.
While Bill is a laid back fellow, he is extremely thorough, checking and rechecking every thing multiple times, this thoroughness has lead Bill to become extremely cautious. Although he is carfeul, many tend to find Bill as a paranoid, delusional man.
Occupation: Ex-Anti Umbrella Operative. Ex-Umbrella Operative.
History: Having trained for long periods of his life, Bill joined the local military, the Russian military. After several years and a dozen events, Bill resigned from the Russian military. Ilegal and legal actions three years later got Bill into the American military. He served for a number of years before again, resigning. This time Bill became an outright mercenary, doing operations areas like the Siberian regions, Africa, Venswayla, Cuba, Chili, China and over a dozen other countrys.
Having a failed op do to an unidentified person(s) which led to Bill's run through England, where he was nearly cought but aided by an Umbrella man, who Bill then silently worked for a number of yeards before being "let go" After these events Bill signed on with a number of anti Umbrella groups.
